The ideal candidate will be supporting the business with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and VAT returns

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

  • maintain and update clients accounting records
  • Accurately prepare VAT returns and summit to HMRC
  • Running regular management accounts for review with MD

Requirements of the Bookkeeper:

  • bookkeeping experience required
  • Xero, Sage or QuickBooks line 50 Accounting Software experience is essential
  • Debt management/credit control understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised, with excellent numerical skills and good attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Good team player
